Jennifer Short

Jennifer Short has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer began their career at Winn-Dixie in 2004, where they held various roles including Store Director, Customer Service Specialist, Center Store Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, and District Manager. In 2016, they joined Southeastern Grocers as the Senior Director of Productivity & Performance Improvement before being promoted to Vice President of Store Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Workforce Strategies at Southeastern Grocers, starting in October 2022.

Jennifer Short's education history includes attending the Florida Retail Masters program in 2012, the Business Leadership Program in 2011, and the MOHR Multi Unit Leadership program in 2011. Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications such as the Retail Innovation, Strategy & Excellence Program from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University in 2022 and the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2021.
