Sandy Grimm

Sandy Grimm has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Director of Legal Affairs at Westinghouse Electric Company's wholly owned subsidiary Innovative Computing Corp. from 1991 to 1998. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, as well as providing counsel on legal matters and dispute resolution strategies. Sandy also worked closely with the sales group to develop alternative licensing strategies and streamline the contract process.

Sandy played lead roles in acquisition and divestiture activities and was responsible for drafting and negotiating various technology transactions, including license agreements, consulting agreements, and strategic alliances.

Sandy's most recent role was at Southeastern Grocers, where they served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 2006. Sandy managed all aspects of the Legal Department, including reporting requirements related to Public Debt and Corporate Governance/Compliance. Sandy also served as Secretary at all Board of Directors meetings and held positions on various boards, including the BI-LO Holdings Foundation and the BI-LO Holdings We Care Fund.

Sandy Grimm received a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Oklahoma City University School of Law in the years 1993-1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma from 1981-1988.
