Michael Fields

Michael Fields has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Michael started their career in 1996 as an Employment Coordinator at Rosser International and worked there until 2003. Michael then joined Southern A & E, LLC in 2003 and held various HR positions, including Human Resources Director and Vice President, Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for formulating, implementing, and administering HR policies and programs, covering areas such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment, organizational development, safety, and training. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Southern A & E, LLC until August 2020.

Michael Fields completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2001. Michael also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in April 2015 and February 2019.
