Cicilia Hartley

Cicilia Hartley currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of People and Culture at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since June 2024. Prior to this role, Cicilia held various executive administrative positions, including Executive Business Partner and Board Liaison in the Office of the CEO at TELUS Spark Science Centre from August 2020 to May 2024, and Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice-President of Sustainability at the University of Calgary from December 2019 to June 2020. Cicilia's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Alberta University of the Arts, Intact Insurance, SAIT Polytechnic, ARC Financial Corp., and Farm Credit Canada, showcasing expertise in executive administration, governance support, and organizational efficiency.
