Donovan Volk is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, sales, and operations. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology since August 2024, Donovan delivers leadership and management training. Previously held significant roles such as Director of Business Development at SysGen Solutions Group, where leadership focused on innovative managed IT services, and VP of Operations & Business Development at FieldCap Oilfield Paperwork Automation, driving substantial growth during challenging industry conditions. With foundational roles in sales and marketing at notable companies, including CGI, TELUS Communications, and Xerox, Donovan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, specializing in Finance and Marketing.
