Dorothy Farncombe

Dorothy Farncombe, CPA, CGA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Manager of Finance Transformation at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since March 2007. In addition to this role, Dorothy has held positions such as Financial Planning & Analysis Team Lead, Financial Reporting Coordinator, and Supervisor, focusing on capital assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Accountant at Bel mk Engineering, and Billing Coordinator at the University of Calgary, where Dorothy began as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Dororthy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and has completed the CPA designation through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
