Gloria Jaime

Gloria Jaime is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor in Labour Relations at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology since February 2022, Gloria has previously held significant positions, including Human Resources Manager at Immigrant Services Calgary and HR Advisor/Business Partner at YWCA, where responsibilities encompassed workforce planning, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives. Gloria's career also includes entrepreneurial endeavors in training for cross-cultural communication and business culture, as well as extensive consultancy work in different HR capacities. Educational qualifications include specialized training in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational and Occupational Psychology from Santo Tomas University.
