Kathryn Amos Roche is an accomplished leader in facilities and workplace strategy with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, as AVP Facilities at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Kathryn manages a team of 44 employees and oversees over 5 million square feet of facilities, focusing on enhancing student and employee spaces. As the Founder of HIVE Workplace, Kathryn offers innovative workplace strategy consulting. Previously, as VP of Workplace Consulting at JLL, Kathryn collaborated on strategic services, and in roles at J5 and Shaw Communications, Kathryn led multiple workplace and real estate initiatives, including the master planning and construction of major facilities. Kathryn holds a Master's Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Landscape Architecture from the University of Manitoba.
