Rosalind Fuse-Hall

Rosalind Fuse-Hall began their work experience as the Corporate Secretary at the University of North Carolina System in 1994, where they played a key role in the "Building for a New Millennium" study and provided support to the UNC Board of Governors. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at North Carolina Central University, overseeing various initiatives such as the construction of a biotechnology research center and a residence hall. Rosalind then moved on to Florida A&M University, where they held positions such as Chief of Staff and Interim Executive Director, managing federal grants and leading the response to accreditation probation. In 2013, they became the President of Bennett College, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they work as the Director of Legal and Governmental Affairs and Commission Support at the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), where they provide support to the Board of Trustees and ensures compliance with federal regulations for member institutions.

Rosalind Fuse-Hall pursued their education and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, spanning from 1976 to 1980. Following this, they attended Rutgers Law School from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
