Nathan Pittman

Nathan Pittman serves as Chief Brand Officer and Senior Vice President of Policy and Communications for Southern Bancorp, Inc. where he oversees marketing and communications strategy for the Southern Bancorp organization, including Southern Bancorp Bank and Southern Bancorp Community Partners. Prior to joining Southern in 2013, Pittman owned and operated a strategic communications consulting firm, Pittman Strategies LLC, advising nonprofits, corporations, political candidates, and public policy advocates. His communications experience includes developing communications strategies for Fortune 500 companies, directing political campaigns, and managing public policy initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels. Pittman holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Hendrix College.
