Dr. Tilwanda Steinberg, DBA has extensive experience in the banking industry, with various leadership positions held throughout their career. Dr. Tilwanda joined Southern Bank and Trust Company in 2020, where they served as a Vice President/Learning and Development Specialist and Vice President Learning Specialist. Prior to that, Dr. Steinberg worked at BB&T for twelve years, starting in 2009 as a Vice President. Before their tenure at BB&T, they spent a decade at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where they held the position of Vice President/District Sales Manager.

Dr. Tilwanda Steinberg, DBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Dr. Tilwanda began their academic journey at the University of Mount Olive, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2014 to 2017.

Building on their undergraduate studies, Dr. Steinberg pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership at Barton College from 2017 to 2019. This program provided their with a deeper understanding of strategic management concepts and honed their leadership skills.

Eager to further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Dr. Steinberg enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Administration program at Bellevue University in 2019. During their time at Bellevue University, they pursued two degrees: a Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. This dual degree program allowed their to specialize in various aspects of business administration and effectively tackle complex business challenges.
