Katie Kuyama, MSW, LCSW, is an experienced social work professional with a strong background in mental health services, foster care, and child welfare. Currently serving as FSP 2 Program Manager at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program since August 2018, Katie has developed over 100 comprehensive adult assessments and client treatment plans while reviewing clinical documents to enhance documentation quality. Additionally, Katie works as a Production Assistant and Japanese to English translator for Production I.G., and has contributed to translating the Foster Care Parenting Manual for Boys Town in collaboration with the U.S.-Japan Advanced Skill Training Center. Previous roles include social worker at Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services, clinical social work intern, and in-home outreach counselor intern, demonstrating a commitment to supporting families and children through various social service initiatives. Katie holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge.
