Sirarotoga Solomona

Sirarotoga Solomona is a CQI Analyst at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program (SCHARP) since May 2023, responsible for supporting the implementation of the CCBHC CQI plan through data collection and evaluation. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Clinician at SAY San Diego, where individual therapy and case management services were provided to children and families; a Behavioral Intake Counselor at Optum, assisting members with mental health referrals; and a Clinician at NEW ALTERNATIVES, INC., delivering counseling to youths and managing clinical documentation. Sirarotoga also served as an Activity Leader at SAY San Diego from February 2014 to October 2018. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from San Diego Christian College.
