Tea B. is an experienced Student Affairs Manager at SCI-Arc since April 2019, where responsibilities include implementing mental health practices, designing New Student Orientation, and managing the Peer Mentor program. Prior to this role, Tea served in various positions at Whittier College from July 2005 to April 2019, including Assistant Director of Housing & Residential Life, where Tea was involved in Title IX investigations, supervised housing staff, and collaborated on student retention efforts. Tea also held roles such as Assistant Director of Conduct & Residential Life and Area Coordinator, managing residence hall operations and student conduct processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
