Sara Sharafi

Sara Sharafi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development and business strategy. Currently, as Community Development Manager at Southern California Medical Center since February 2019, Sara has been responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, marketing, event planning, fundraising, and promoting services. Additionally, as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Midtown Business Improvement District since April 2022, Sara oversees business operations and fulfills fiduciary duties. Previously, Sara worked as an Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company and as a Business Development Specialist at Pouyesh Pardazan Consulting Company, focusing on market penetration and building partnerships. Sara holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University and has furthered education at UCLA Extension.
