Emily Kourounis

Emily Kourounis, MPPA, MBAHCM, serves as the Vice President of Development at Southern California Orthopedic Institute since March 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Physician Relations for Surgical Services to OR Materials Manager, and earlier as OR Internal Control Coordinator. Kourounis began a career at WellPoint, progressing from an intern to an Administrative Assistant within the Procurement department. Kourounis holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University, a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from San Diego State University, and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University.
