Ralph's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Training & Corporate Trainer at eLEAD CRM, Data Software Services, where they managed trainers and team leaders to develop human capital. Ralph Romero has a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University. Ralph also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university.
In terms of additional certifications, Ralph obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Chattanooga State Community College in March 2013. Ralph then achieved the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2014. Ralph went on to obtain the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in April 2015. In November 2015, they acquired the Integrated Talent Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development. Furthermore, in June 2016, Ralph received the Strategic Workforce Planning Certification from the Human Capital Institute. Their most recent certification is the OKR Leadership certification from Ally.io, a Microsoft Company, which they obtained in March 2022.
In terms of executive education, Ralph completed the Wharton Executive Education program titled "HR Transformation through Data" at The Wharton School in 2021. In 2018, they participated in the Executive Leadership and Development Program at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
