Cassie Killingsworth is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and data analytics. Currently serving as Enablement & Advisory Services Manager at Southern Company Gas, Cassie has successfully implemented quality management processes for the EDGE Platform, led QA teams to deliver high-quality software applications, and promoted automated testing initiatives. Prior experience includes managing the Energy Assistance Portal at Georgia Power Company, where Cassie fostered strategic partnerships and enhanced user experiences, as well as roles focused on workforce planning, customer service, and data management in various organizations. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Georgia Institute of Technology and two master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from Kennesaw State University.
