Cinnamon Davis

Cinnamon Davis serves as the Chief Counsel for Labor & Employment at Southern Company Gas since June 2020, where responsibilities include advising on a comprehensive range of employment issues such as litigation and labor negotiations. Prior roles include Senior Counsel in Regulatory Affairs at Southern Company, Executive A2 in a high potential development program, and Workplace Ethics and Concerns Manager, where leadership involved compliance program efforts and investigator team management. Prior to roles at Southern Company, Cinnamon Davis held positions such as Workplace Ethics Coordinator at Georgia Power Company, Strategic Performance Consultant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Litigation Attorney at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Political Science from Stanford University, followed by a Doctor of Law from Vanderbilt University Law School.
