Shiba Varghese

Shiba Varghese has over 30 years of work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Their most recent position is as the Director of Business Operations Technology Services at Southern Company Gas. Prior to that, they held roles as a Data Governance professional and an Integration Program Manager at Southern Company. Shiba also has experience as the Chief of Staff for Global IT Infrastructure & Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the GVP of Technology Services at SunTrust Bank, and the Group Vice President of Coordination & Planning Services at SunTrust Bank. Additionally, they have held senior positions at Citigroup and Oracle Corporation. Shiba Varghese began their career as an Oracle Database Manager at the University of South Florida.

Shiba Varghese completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Psychology from Karnatak University between 1982 and 1985. Later, between 1987 and 1991, Shiba Varghese obtained a Master of Information Systems degree from the University of South Florida, specializing in Information Systems.
