Chris Douglass

Chris was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in September 2011 and is responsible for the preparation of the Company’s financial records, financial planning, enterprise risk management, investor relations and company secretarial duties.

Chris was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Energy Ltd and prior to that held a number of senior finance roles with Clough Ltd. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Governance Institute of Australia who commenced his finance career with Deloitte. Prior to his time with Deloitte, Chris qualified and practiced as a solicitor in London.
