Muffadal Hamid

Muffadal Hamid has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Muffadal is currently working as the Head of Architecture at Southern Cross Healthcare since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Engineering at Fingermark from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the global engineering division and implementing technical strategies. Prior to that, they worked at ASB Bank from 2019 to 2021, first as a Technology Lead for Business Banking, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and services, and later as a Principal Engineer, providing guidance and support to engineering managers and teams.

Before joining ASB Bank, Muffadal worked as an Architect and Consultant at ClearPoint Ltd from 2017 to 2019, where they provided technical leadership and guidance to development teams and led solution designs. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Solutions Architect at Fraedom, collaborating with business and IT leadership to align solution patterns with strategic plans.
