Courtney Foulis

Courtney Foulis currently serves as a Building Performance Field Technician at Southern Energy Management since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Line Cook at Ford Fry Restaurants from April 2021 to October 2022 and Booneshine Brewing Company, Inc. from September 2020 to March 2021. Courtney also worked as an Assistant Manager at Pita Wheel from May 2017 to August 2020 and as a Shift Lead at Taco Bell from April 2014 to January 2017. Early career experience includes a position as a Salesperson at Peppermint Forest Christmas for a brief period in late 2013. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Technology from Appalachian State University, earned in May 2022, and an Associate of Science from Gaston College, completed in August 2019.
