Gary Hansen

Gary Hansen is an experienced professional in product enablement and agile coaching, currently serving as Director, Value Orchestrator at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since March 2024. Prior to this, Hansen held the position of Director of Product Enablement at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included guiding product model implementations for over 50 teams and restructuring operational teams around customer needs. Hansen's expertise also extends to roles as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Thrivent, an Enterprise Agile Consultant at FutureNOW, and leadership positions at various organizations including 3M, Target, and TCF Bank, where notable achievements included improving information security practices to regulatory gold standards. Hansen's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of Minnesota, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Century College.
