Lauren F. O'Connor

Lauren F. O'Connor currently serves as Senior Vice President, Labor and Employment Counsel at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Lauren held various roles at the same company, including Vice President, National Labor & Employment Counsel, and Senior Director, Labor & Employment Counsel. Lauren O'Connor holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Organization & Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
