Lauren Mutti has extensive experience in defending employers in various employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. As a Partner at Jackson Walker LLP from September 2006 to May 2016, Lauren represented clients in both federal and state court proceedings. Currently, as the Senior Vice President-Labor & Employment at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since May 2016, Lauren oversees a team providing legal advice on traditional labor and employee relations matters for the company. Additionally, Lauren serves as the Vice President - Labor & Employment Counsel, managing the company's employment litigation and aiming for efficient dispute resolutions.
