Sharena Denard

Sharena Denard, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since April 2021, having previously held the position of Sr. HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Republic National Distributing Company from June 2015 to March 2021, Human Resources Manager at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company from August 2013 to June 2015, and Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Fountain Group in 2013. Additionally, Sharena contributed as a member at HR Tampa from 2016 to 2019 and began a career in human resources as an HR Representative at Nestle Professional VITALITY from April 2008 to March 2013. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of South Florida, completed between 2003 and 2007, along with a High School Diploma from Oviedo High School obtained in 2003.
