Rebecca Holt Casanova is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Aman since January 2024, Rebecca has held significant positions including Head of Human Resources Operations at Corinthia Hotels Limited and Regional Human Resources Director for the Middle East & Africa at Kempinski Hotels. Prior roles at Aman involved overseeing human resources for the Asia region, while previous leadership roles at Kerzner International, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Maybourne Hotel Group have contributed to a robust expertise in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives. Education includes a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
