Zanetta Currington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Zanetta currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Southern Home Services since November 2022.
Prior to that, they worked at Clean Harbors from June 2022 to November 2022 as the Director of Human Resources, and previously as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the Gulf Region from March 2018 to June 2022.

Zanetta began their career as a Science Teacher at Shelby County Schools in Tennessee in 2006 and then served as the Science Department Chair and Teacher at Norfolk Public Schools in Virginia from 2003 to 2006.
Zanetta Currington SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences at Norfolk State University. Zanetta then pursued higher education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regent University.
In terms of certifications, Zanetta Currington SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012. Zanetta also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in March 2015.
