The Finance and Accounting Team at Southern Housing is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This team oversees budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, as well as internal and external audits, to support efficient operations and strategic decision-making. They also manage financial reporting and provide insights to optimize resource allocation for the organization's portfolio of nearly 28,000 homes.
