John Frost

John Frost is currently the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Southern Illinois University. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Admissions at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from March 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Assistant Director of Regional Operations at Bellevue University from March 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director of Admissions at Webster University from October 2013 to March 2015, where they helped meet enrollment goals for assigned target recruitment areas, evaluated and executed admission decisions on applicant files, supervised and managed the support staff of the department, and developed and monitored statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and operational efficiency. John began their career as a Community Outreach Specialist at Metropolitan Community College from November 2011 to October 2013.

John Frost has a Master's degree in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University. John also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Broadcast Journalism from Wayne State College.

Their manager is Jennifer DeHaemers, Associate Chancellor for Enrollment Management. They are on a team with Jill Kirkpatrick - Director, Bursar, Dee Rotolo - Interim Director, Financial Aid, and Tamara Workman - Director, Registrar's Office.
