Rosa Balistreri

Rosa Balistreri is an experienced Information Technology Technician with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently employed at Southern Indian Health Council, Inc., since July 2022, Rosa provides first-point technical assistance in a largely Windows-based network environment. Previous roles include providing help desk support at Goldbelt Hawk, LLC; serving as a Slot Supervisor and IT System Technician at Jamul Casino; and technical troubleshooting at Hollywood Casino Jamul. Rosa's career began in customer service roles, including management at Cox Auto Trader and various representative positions. Rosa holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa and has gained practical IT experience through multiple positions since entering the field in 2005.
