Freddy Alianza Chasi

Freddy Alianza Chasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human talent management. Currently serving as the Coordinador de Desarrollo Organizacional and previously as the Coordinador de Talento Humano at Aseguradora del Sur since January 2007, Freddy is responsible for defining roles and activities within the organization and designing structures aligned with company strategy. Key responsibilities include strategic area dimensioning, management indicators definition, occupational description development, organizational chart maintenance, HR subprocess control, and organizational climate assessment. Prior to this, Freddy held the position of Analista Contable at Iisa del Ecuador from 2000 to 2006, where responsibilities encompassed payroll approval, labor cost analysis, and financial reporting. Freddy holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad Central del Ecuador.
