Vice President Of Commercial Construction Operations at Southern Land Company

Bryan Fitzpatrick has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Bryan started their career at Rodgers Construction, Inc. in 1983, where they served as a Foreman and Assistant Superintendent. Bryan then moved on to Rock City Construction Co., Inc. in 1987, where they worked as a Superintendent. In 1998, they became the Vice President of Operations at Rock City Construction Co., Inc.

In 2004, Bryan joined Southern Land Company as a Construction General Superintendent and later became a Project Manager. Bryan also worked at Oakley Construction Inc. as an Operations Manager, primarily focusing on commercial concrete work.

In 2010, they joined Clark Construction Company as a Project Superintendent and later served as a Construction Quality Manager/Site Safety and Health Officer. Bryan returned to Southern Land Company in 2012, taking on roles such as Superintendent and General Superintendent of Commercial Construction. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Construction Operations at Southern Land Company, overseeing commercial construction projects.

Bryan Fitzpatrick attended Greenwood High School from 1975 to 1978, where they studied General and Vocational Agriculture. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Engineer, Procore Certified: Architect, Procore Certified: Subcontractor, Procore Certified: Superintendent, and Procore Certified: Associate. The years of completion for these certifications are not provided.
