Alicia Jones

Alicia Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marine industry as well as in retail. Alicia worked as the Principal at Southern Marinas since 2018 and as the Owner of Choto Marina since 2008 until 2021. Additionally, they served as the Knoxville Franchise Owner for Freedom Boat Club from 2007 to 2021. Alicia has also held positions at Suntex Marinas as the Head of Communications from 2016 to 2018 and as the Head of Procurement from 2016 to 2017. Alicia was also an Owner at Anchor South Investments from 2007 to 2018, where they later became the President from 2011 to 2016. Furthermore, they were the Owner of The Ridges Resort & Marina from 2010 to 2017, the Owner of Rarity Pointe Marina from 2008 to 2015, and worked as the Management Company for Charter Yacht at Symphony II Charter Yacht from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their marine industry roles, they worked as a Planner at Jewelry Television from 2006 to 2008 and as a Senior Buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue from 1998 to 2007.

Alicia Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Consumer Science with a focus in accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Tellico Plains High School from 1986 to 1990.
