Derek Naylor

Derek Naylor is currently the Head of Retail and Chief Deposit Officer at Southern Michigan Bank & Trust, where Derek oversees the Retail Department and collaborates on the bank's strategy. Prior to this, Derek held positions at First National Bank of Michigan, Mercantile Bank of Michigan, and Keystone Community Bank, where Derek demonstrated strong leadership and achieved impressive results in mortgage lending and branch management. Derek holds an MBA from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
