Joe Oneill

Joe ONeill is a skilled Human Resources Information System Analyst currently employed at the Southern Nevada Health District since September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Cultural Specialist for the City of Las Vegas, where Joe ONeill acted as the primary liaison for communication between the Office of Cultural Affairs and the Office of Communications. Additional roles include Theatre Program Specialist at the City of Las Vegas, Talent Manager at Excelsior Media, Teaching Artist at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, and Cultural Specialist for the City of Las Vegas. Joe ONeill began a career in the arts as a Dancer/Actor at Walt Disney World from 1990 to 1996. Joe ONeill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Marketing, and HRIS from Western Governors University, with prior education at The University of Alabama and Daytona State College.
