Jim Chaisson transitioned to the not-for-profit world after working in the for-profit sector as the Controller in a $60M manufacturing facility. Prior to that, he was the Cost Accounting Manager in a $300M electronic manufacturing company, overseeing 6 facilities in North America.
Jim joined the Community Action community in 2008. He began at Rockingham County Community Action at the time SNHS assumed the management responsibilities of that agency. He transitioned to the role of Senior Accountant at SNHS and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2016.
