Jill Coleman Kunkle

Jill Coleman Kunkle serves as the Talent Management & DEI Manager at Southern Nuclear since March 2019, leading the strategic planning and execution of talent development and diversity initiatives for over 3,800 employees. Responsibilities include managing the talent management team, overseeing DEI initiatives, and driving learning and development programs while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance organizational performance. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate Director and Associate Director of Career Services at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where Jill received the Black Law Students Association Eboni Nelson Award and launched the Konduros Leadership Development Program. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, with further studies at Harvard Business School Online.
