Shantel Douglas

Shantel Douglas, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Manager in Human Resources Site Operations at Southern Nuclear. Prior to this, Shantel held positions as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Exelon Nuclear. Shantel also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Cummins Inc. and as a Human Resources Assistant at McCormick Theological Seminary.
