Barbara Baker

Barbara Baker currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Southern Orthodontic Partners and is a Member of the Board of Advisors for the American Heart Association. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Barbara has previously held positions such as Principal and Client Lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences at North Highland, Vice President of Operations at Pinnacle Dermatology, and Regional Leader for Retail & Pharmacy at RITE AID. Recognized for expertise in leadership, Barbara was a keynote speaker at the National Sales Meeting in 2019. Earlier in the career, roles included Director of Stores and Executive Operations at Target and Meetings & Special Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Central Michigan University and ongoing studies toward a Master of Business Administration at the University of Dayton.
