Manager - Claims, Southern Response Plus (other Insurers Workstream) at Toka Tū Ake EQC

Olivia Payne is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in claims management and customer service. Currently serving as Manager of Claims for the Earthquake Commission (EQC) since October 2018, Olivia effectively leads the Southern Response Agency Agreement and manages a team responsible for a portfolio of 400 claims. Previous roles at EQC include Customer Information Manager and Contact Center Manager. Olivia has also held various managerial positions at BCA National Training Group and The HEINEKEN Company, along with earlier roles in data analysis and customer service. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Griffith University and a Diploma of Project Management from Open Colleges, and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Canterbury related to the Treaty of Waitangi.
