Rick Bridger

Rick Bridger has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller in various companies. Rick started their career in 1998 as a Controller at NSi Industries, where they were responsible for financial and external reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Rick then served as CFO at JRi Development Group and MSI Defense Solutions from 2011 to 2013. Bridger joined ELGI Compressors, USA as CFO in 2013 and concurrently served as CFO at Patton's Inc. until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as CFO at Enviro-Master International Franchise. Currently, Bridger holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Southern Shade Tree Co. since November 2023.

Rick Bridger completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University from 1989-1993. In 1996, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners.
