Elizabeth Edler

Elizabeth Rice is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Field Production Coordinator at Bayer since January 2024, following a promotion from their initial role as a Production Associate. Previously, Elizabeth gained experience as a Resident Assistant at Southern Virginia University, providing support for the well-being of 30-40 women in campus housing. During the summer of 2023, Elizabeth participated in Bayer's Summer Intern Program as a Vegetable Seed Intern, overseeing field representatives and managing crews while presenting a significant agricultural project. Earlier career experience includes customer service roles at Food Lion and Culver's Restaurants. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Southern Virginia University, completed in December 2023.
