James Waterland

James Waterland currently serves as the Head of Business Demand in IT at Southern Water, a role held since November 2016, where accountability includes managing IT services for business partners and aligning IT initiatives with strategic objectives. Prior to this, James was the Head Of Business Analysis at Working Links from June 2012 to November 2016, focusing on business process and system changes while leading a diverse analysis team. Earlier career experience includes a position as Business Analysis Manager at Metropolitan Housing Partnership from October 2005 to June 2012, ensuring the successful delivery of analysis functions across various projects, and serving as Project Leader for IT development projects. James holds a BSc(Hons) in Economics & Sociology from the University of Surrey, achieved from 1991 to 1995.
