Sarita Foster

Sarita Foster is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Southern Water, with previous experience as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Danaher Corporation and the DITA SME at BD. Prior to that, Sarita held roles as a National Recruitment Manager at Mulberry Recruitment Ltd and Orion Electrotech Limited. Sarita holds a CIPD degree in HR Training and Development from The Open University.
