Matt Paton

Matt Paton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the broadcast and media industry, having worked at Southern Cross Austereo since March 2004. Currently serving as the Senior Service Delivery Manager, Matt leads all service delivery enhancements across user-facing teams, including the Network Operations Centre and Service Desk. Previous roles include Engineering Operations Manager and Audio Operations Manager, with responsibilities spanning national engineering functions and overseeing the Queensland Engineering team. Matt's career began in radio production, with roles at dmg Regional Radio and Austereo, and includes technical positions that evolved from Apprentice Technician to Chief Engineer. Matt holds a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Communications from TAFE Queensland.
