Snug Restaurant Chef at Southern Hills Country Club

Mallory Boudreaux is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in banquet and restaurant operations. Currently serving as an Assistant Banquet Chef at Southern Hills Country Club since July 2017, Mallory has also held the positions of Banquet Cook and Chef at the Snug Restaurant, specializing in poolside dining during the summer months. Previous experience includes a cook internship at Southern Hills Country Club and a cook position at Golden Nugget Lake Charles. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both obtained from Nicholls State University, along with a high school diploma from Midland High School.
