Charlie Panholzer

Charlie Panholzer is an experienced project manager with a robust background in mechanical and plumbing projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Southland Industries since July 2024, Charlie has previously held positions including Project Manager at W.E. Bowers & Associates, Inc. and Senior Project Manager at Welch and Rushe, Inc. and Dominion Mechanical. As the owner of Panholzer Properties, LLC from May 2007 to November 2024, Charlie demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside project management expertise. Charlie's career began as a Steamfitter at G&L Mechanical and includes extensive hands-on training from the Steamfitters Local Union 602 Apprenticeship School. Charlie also received vocational training at Charles County Vocational Technical Institute.
