Genna Woodrow

Genna Woodrow's work experience includes various roles at Southmedic Inc. Genna started their career at Southmedic as a Customer Service Manager in 2011 and was responsible for administrative operations, shipping and receiving, and customer service. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Manager of Alternate Care, developing sales and marketing initiatives for non-acute care markets in Canada. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Manager of Operations and Partner Relations, providing support to global partners and sales representatives. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Manager of Customer Operations & Supply Analytics, working closely with production and manufacturing teams to deliver medical devices worldwide. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Director of Sales Operations, managing direct reports and overseeing sales operations for multiple divisions at Southmedic. Additionally, they have experience working in sales at Future Shop from 2009 to 2011.

Genna Woodrow attended Western University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences. Genna also holds several additional certifications, including "Mastery of Business Fundamentals" from the University of Waterloo, which they obtained in September 2019. In July 2019, Genna completed the "Introduction to Business Analysis" certification from the University of Waterloo. Genna also obtained the "Individual Excellence: Secrets of Career Success" certification from the same institution in June 2019. In May 2016, Genna completed the "Supervisory Series Program" from Georgian College, and in March 2013, they obtained the "Management Skills for First Time Supervisors" certification from National Seminars Training.
